2 Retire In Panama?                                           NEWSLETTER

            July 5, 2021  Volume 39

After a short absence...

...the 2 Retire In Panama newsletter is back. During our recent travel we experienced some technical difficulties that resulted in the hiring of a professional to straighten things up. My hope is that the newsletter platform will be better and more user friendly for readers as a result. Your comments and feedback will help to improve it.

Jen and I...

...are happy to be back home in Panama after over a month in the United States. We landed in Miami at the end of May and rented a car to drive north to Punta Gorda. We stayed in Punta Gorda while awaiting the closing of our condo in nearby Port Charlotte. Our decision to purchase real estate was investment motivated. We felt the need to move some money from the stock market to a hard asset. We do not intend to move back to the states. The condo is a great place to stay while visiting in the states and will be rented during the high season in Florida.

While we visited our time was packed with a full schedule. We took a week to travel to Michigan where we were able to see friends and family. We also got our COVID vaccines. Fathers Day was special, because we were able to celebrate with my dad, and all our children and grandchildren came to Florida for a long weekend. I have a plan to put out a blog post later this week to detail our awesome adventure.

Coronado Bible Church...

...will continue to have in person Sunday services at 8:30am and 10:30am as we move forward in the new normal. The health protocols will be in place at the church, and everyone is asked to  register in advance for the worship services. The registration link will give times and describe the health protocols and what must be done by attendees who intend to be with us in person. Join us in person, by YouTube, or on Facebook

This week's fan photo...

...is Connor Jewell. Connor is our nephew who lives in Michigan. Jen and I were able to catch up with he and his wife Olivia while we were visiting there. Connor was part of the impromptu signing party which was organized by our Sister-in-law, Deb, during a delightful dinner where most of Jen's local family was in attendance. I was happy to sign their copies of my book, and can do the same for you. I have a few copies left that I had shipped to Panama. Including the shipping cost these paperback books will cost $12. Let me know if you are in Panama and would like a copy.

I love getting original fan photos, so if you are willing, and can share a fan photo with me it would be greatly appreciated. It will appear in an upcoming newsletter.

It would also mean a lot to me if those of you who haven't, would go to Amazon or Goodreads and leave a review. This makes my book easier for people to find.

You can get a copy of my book by clicking the link here, or the link on the blog. It is exclusively available on Amazon or Kindle. Kindle Unlimited subscribers read it free.

Blessings from paradise,
